The Strength of Plants for your Plant-Based Food: Use TYLOPUR® MCE-100TS

TYLOPUR® MCE-100TS provides excellent bite, texture and binding to your plant-based food.

TYLOPUR® MCE-100TS is the optimal product to create the desired meat-like texture in your heated vegan foods without the need for egg or animal protein.

Plant-Based Burger

The texture of plant-based burgers is optimized by using TYLOPUR® MCE-100TS, which is a Methylcellulose (E461). Using TYLOPUR® MCE-100TS instead of METOLOSE®MCE-100TS creates plant-based food with exactly the same strong bite and meat-like texture.
