    Extendended release tablets

    Extended release nutraceutical tablets improve the customer’s perception of the nutraceutical product as it reduces the number of dosages/day in comparison with simple immediate release nutraceuticals. TYLOPUR Xtend Nutra® enables Xtended release of health-beneficial compounds from the nutraceutical tablet formulation. It is suitable for economic direct compression processes, what eases the reformulation of immediate nutraceutical capsules into more cost effective tablets.

    Wet granulation binder (WG)

    Many nutraceutical actives are of fine particle size, showing poor powder flow and exhibiting dusting. Granulation with TYLOPUR ClearCoat Nutra® improves particle size, powder flow and compressibility of nutraceutical actives and reduces dusting during handling.
